Happy Sunday! I received a lot of PMs asking if I am ok. I am ok, our time zones are just so different now. My posts on the weekend tend to be late. I was going to post last night, but I did get into food trouble, and yes,it was due to Olivia.
I ate some of the wrong stuff...CRAP..guess who brought it over?? I am still the only one responsible for my actions though.
I am not perfect, but I am back on my wagon,hope your wagon is riding strong!

I've noticed your appetite and menu has been getting back to normal. For awhile there I noticed you were eating very little.
I prayed for you and strength to get thru whatever was bringing you down. You are such a sweet lady.
B-fage yogurt with blueberries and kashi, s-Protein shake,
L-ff turkey, tomato,ezekiel wrap D-Tilapia and broccoli s-wasabi almonds

I had a OJ, then a protein bar for breakfast.  Don't know about the rest of the day.  I think I need a Starbucks!!

You made me laugh! I am sipping on my 2nd 24oz cup of hazelnut iced coffee. I use loads of ice and drink fluids all day and night. I use s/f coffee cream.

We didn't go to the races. I got the times mixed up, they are today. Tom asked if I wanted to go to the fair anyway - I was so tired from the kids that I wanted to go to bed. They can wear me out... in the best possible way.

We went to a restaurant and I had a couple of bites of steak, a bite of salad and I was DONE IN. I woke up around 1 AM and knew I needed some food. Instead of fighting the feeling, I had a dish of cottage cheese and Kashi in the middle of the night.

There are times when our mind and bodies require something unplanned and not necessarily the right thing for the menu.

So you ate some crap - today is a new day and you will follow your better instincts. Your wagon ride got rocky and you got bumped off. It happens to all of us.

Kisses and hugs for any resulting bruises. Think of them as your own personal seat belt. Hang on tightly Dear!!

Hi sis, yeah,pretty hairy around here. I got in some nice fruit today, and indeed, this is a day where I have to MAKE myself eat. Oh does it ever wax and wane, my appetite.
I feel as though I am on a sinking ship and I must save myself. I spent as much time with my daughter as possible this weekend, that was the only way to get her out of the bed and the house...I have to fight to keep my spirits up, as my heart hurts for her. Annette, she has lost so much weight! She is 6 feet tall and a size 10!!
I sent Tim some more money,  gave him 2 huge amounts, I am done sis, we are even Steven,he and I.
I have lost inches around my belly!! I did not lose any pounds but noticed in a pair of jeans, that they were much more loose around the hip and belly area..LOL.
I hear you about the tired part...I too get so tired, sometimes in the best way, and sometimes in other ways..

Oh my sweet Linda. I am so glad that when you got run off the road you found it again and met us when you got back on. I love you so much. Just wanted to let you know that. Sometimes we just need to hear that.

Things have worked out with Shawn. I am the baby's grandma and even though it is "step" love doesn't know about the word "step". I am grateful for that too. I would like the baby to call me tutu which is what I got from Maui Karen. I think I would love to  be called that. That way grandma Linda can keep her nose in joint if you know what I mean. lol another reason is when I hear the grandbaby say that it will bring such sweet memories of my OFF family. I just love you all so much. I would choose all of you as family unlike some of the ones that I am stuck with. lol

Today is kind of up in the air. So that means so is the food. I will do my best and that is the best that I can do. I have to accept days like this. They happen in life and you just gotta roll with the changes. If something happens and I screw up just get up, dust myself off and start traveling down the road again. lol

Hiya Brenda, our generation are good picker uppers, we are strong. As far as Shawn is concerned, I am sure you are familiar with the old saying, "You can pick your nose,but you can't pick your family".
Yes, we thank the Lord for a new day, and we begin anew.
This has been a long day, I am happy to hear things are better for you. Do you know that I have a step granddaughter? She is my heart, blond and gray eyed...smile. She just made one year 2 months ago. I am just grandma...she has 3 grandma's...LOL.
A child can never have too much love.
